➡️ Please contact the customer support team to access the full app journey and receive assistance. 

âť“ I can’t access the tool. 
➡️ Please ask your manager to create an account for you, or contact customer service for help. 

âť“ The camera is not opening in the app. 
➡️ Make sure you have authorized camera access in your browser and app settings. If the issue persists, contact customer support. 

âť“ I can’t switch my photo to horizontal view. 
➡️ Check your phone’s settings to ensure auto-rotation is enabled and allowed for the app. 

❓What are the minimum system Requirements for using Carcheck AI ?

âť“ I can’t find the right site to localize the inspection. 
➡️ Please contact your manager so they can assign the correct site in the User Manager module. 

âť“ I can’t access the PDF in a scanner journey. 
➡️ Have you already passed the vehicle through the scanner? If yes, the PDF will be generated shortly.
