File rejected due to incorrect Photos / data. How can I progress?
The pricing team first looks at the Carcheck vehicle file. If any data or information for the determination of a price is missing, you will receive an e-mail from the Pricing Manager with a comment on what exactly is still required or what needs to be changed.
This email also contains a hyperlink that you can use to open the relevant Carcheck file directly.

After the redirection, the button ''Continue appraisal'' would have to be selected first and then afterwards the changes for the file could be made via the tab ''Appraisal''. After all relevant changes have been made, the ''Submit'' button should be selected again, just as it was when the data was the first time submitted.
