How can I request a higher price from my supervisor?
Go to the "Final valuation status" section and click on "Vehicle not purchased". Indicate that the customer rejects the proposed purchase offer and two fields will be displayed: One the price proposed to the customer and the price desired by the customer. In comments, you can argue the reason for the price increase. Your supervisor will receive a warning and can improve the initial valuation if he/she considers it appropriate.
