š§ How to get started with your account
Before you can use the vehicle inspection platform, you'll need a user account. The setup process depends on whether you are a regular user or a manager responsible for creating accounts.
š Scenario 1: I donāt have an account (Regular User)
If you donāt have a user account yet, hereās what to do:

Step 1: Contact your manager
- To request an account, please reach out to your team or site manager.
- Make sure to provide the following information:
š§ Your professional email address
š¢ The location or company site where you work
ā
Step 2: Wait for account creation
Your manager will create your user profile in the system.
Once your account is created, you will automatically receive an activation email from the platform (check your spam folder if necessary).

Step 3: Set your password
Click the link in the email to:
- Set your password
- Log in to the platform
- Youāre now ready to start inspecting vehicles!
š Scenario 2: Iām a manager and need to create user accounts
As a manager, you can create new user accounts for your team directly from your dashboard.
š Step-by-step guide:
- Log in to your manager account
- Go to the "User Management Moduleā
- Click āAdd new userā
- Fill in the required fields:
- Email address of the user
- Role (e.g., inspector, managerā¦)
- Work location / site
- Click āCreateā
The new user will receive an activation email immediately. From there, they can finalize their profile and set a password.
š Notes:
Only managers with the appropriate permissions can create user accounts
