What is the Omnichannel appraisal reference number?
When a customer requests a trade-in price connected to a new car offer via the Stellantis Omnichannel website they will recieve a reference number sent via e-mail or sms.
If the customer does not finalise this deal within Omnichannel and instead brings this reference number to the chosen dealership, the chosen dealership will be able to retrieve the details of the appraisal via autobizCarcheck and to link that binding offer to a new car order.

NB: only the dealership selected by the customer during the Omnichannel appraisal process will be able to retrieve these details.
To retrieve the data, you will need the reference (starting with "WV....") that your customer received by e-mail/sms confirming the binding on their trade-in vehicle.:

NB: the Omnichannel Refernce Number or the "WV..." number is searched for using the File Number in Carcheck.
